Pemetaan Kebutuhan Manajemen Keperawatan Komunitas di Wilayah Pedesaan

Wilayah pedesaan masih menghadapi tantangan serius dalam pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya dalam hal pengelolaan layanan keperawatan berbasis komunitas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memetakan kebutuhan manajemen keperawatan komunitas di wilayah pedesaan Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi partisipatif kepada tenaga kesehatan, kader, dan tokoh masyarakat di tiga desa. Hasil menunjukkan kebutuhan utama mencakup peningkatan kapasitas perawat komunitas, sistem rujukan yang efisien, dan integrasi layanan berbasis digital. Kegiatan ini memberikan gambaran awal bagi pengembangan intervensi manajemen keperawatan komunitas yang lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan lokal.
